Conner Plays Peek-a-boo

Happy Thanksmas!

This year we just couldn't make it to VA for two holidays. Mark and Lois Shaw would be home from Africa for a short stay. We could catch them in VA around thanksgiving while they were staying with Jonathon and Kate. After talking with the Shaws and the Whites, we decided to have a Thanksmas extravaganza. Christmas trees and gifts with turkey and stuffing! How marvelous!

We had a lot of first this Thanksmas. We decided to fly! This was Conner's first flight. It didn't start off very well. We missed our early morning flight!

Here are just a few highlights:

Conner meets Babu (Grandfather in Swahili) for the first time.

The cousins were coming out of the wood work this trip. Aunt Michele, Rory and Conner.

Shosho (Grandmother in Swahili) , cousin Graham and Anne.

Shosho and Conner having fin with a sleepy Graham and Aunt Kate in the background.

Grandad and Conner sharing a moment.

Three Generations of White boys chillin.

Two Families and Two holidays all in the same week! Exhausting!

Not everyone is pictured here. For some reason I can't find all of the great pictures of Grandma White or Great Grandma Conner but that's what happens when you're a binge blogger, there are big holes in your recollection, or in this case, pictures. I will post more as I find them!
