Secret lovers, yeah, that’s what we are....
A Ring Neck and Gila Monster(the only venomous lizard in the world) make for strange luvas...Picture taken at our local aquarium here in Albany GA. Lyrics curtosy of Atlantic Star.
Mzungu has come to mean "white person" in Swahili and many East African Bantu languages. In Kenya "mzungu! mzungu!" is often shouted by children to passing caucasians. This is often accompanied by pointing, giggling, jumping, and the statement, "how are you I'm fine!" repeated several times in a high pitch nasal voice. This is how they immitate European and American accents.
As you may know, our last name is White, so durring our visit to Kenya, Anne and I became Mr. and Mrs. Mzungu.
